an acceptable stay
helpful staff great hospitality perfect location mold smell window problem heating issue
the staff were helpful, especially yasin. he helped organize my taxi and gave me tips on places to visit. ozlem also showed great hospitality during breakfast (i really appreciated it). the location is perfect.
the room i booked smelled like mold, concerning. i think that explains why they left the window open all the time. also, the heat didn't work one evening, but it was fixed later.

I really liked the staff. They were professional. my room was upgraded to a superior taksim square view room. the location was excellent. Everything was very close. i found the front desk team helpful (especially with directions!).

My room had a functional desk and a comfortable chair. The bathroom included two separate sinks with a rainfall shower. I found a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast offered a varied selection of hot and cold items each morning.
The hallways did have noticeable wear and tear.

Staff was efficient during check in. They facilitated an early check in request I had made. The concierge arranged taxi service to the airport with no issues.
